We offer affordable and convenient therapy by phone, allowing clients to connect with a therapist immediately, without the need for appointments or travel.

Operating daily from 10 am to 8 pm, Hush provides spontaneous, private 30-minute sessions for £30 per call and private 60-minute sessions. For those seeking a more in-depth discussion, we also offer one-hour sessions and subscription options, with calls spaced 10 days apart.

At Hush, we embody a genuine, ethical, and affordable approach to therapy, fostering an environment conducive to proper reflection. Our team consists of professionals with extensive expertise in mental health who listen attentively, ask insightful questions, and guide you towards a better place.

How are our HT’s are selected?

At Hush, our therapists (HTs) are carefully selected based on their extensive experience, professional qualifications, and unwavering passion for mental health. Each therapist undergoes a rigorous vetting process to ensure they meet our high standards for providing quality care. We prioritise professionals who demonstrate empathy, understanding, and a genuine commitment to helping individuals navigate their mental health challenges. Our HTs are dedicated to offering a compassionate, accessible, and supportive service, ensuring clients receive the best possible care at every session.

What will we talk about?

At Hush, no topic is too big or too small. We’re here to listen to you without judgement, offering a safe space to explore your feelings and experiences. Whether you’re struggling, curious, or just need someone to talk to, we’ll help you navigate your thoughts with care and understanding.

Guidance on Suicidal Thoughts and Suicidal Feelings

Hush Tell Us is an early-intervention talking therapy service, designed to support emotional wellbeing and encourage healthy coping strategies. We are not a crisis service and we are not able to provide suicide prevention support.

If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, feelings of hopelessness, or are worried that you may act on these feelings, it is very important to get immediate help from a service equipped to provide crisis support.

If you are in distress or feel at risk:

Contact your GP as soon as possible for medical and mental health support.
Call Samaritans (UK) on 116 123 for free, confidential support, 24/7.
If you feel you may act on these thoughts or someone is in immediate danger, please call 999 or go to your nearest A&E.

Hush Tell Us can be part of a positive and supportive mental health routine, helping you talk things through and develop coping strategies over time. However, we cannot provide emergency intervention, and our guidance will always be to contact a more appropriate crisis or medical service if suicidal feelings are present.
