The Website facilitates the provision of therapy Sessions by licensed service Providers, particularly therapists, who connect with users of the Website. Such therapy Sessions are provided exclusively by telephone, and not virtually. Hush Tell Us facilitates the provision of therapy Sessions by Providers that are bookable through the Website.
Hush Tell Us Ltd is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the Personal Data submitted by Clients on the Website. This Privacy Policy specifies how Personal Data provided on the Website is collected, gathered, stored and used. In addition, this Privacy Policy specifies the rights granted to Clients of the Website in connection with their Personal Data.
Any capitalized terms defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meanings set forth below:
“Clients” shall refer to all users of the Website who participate in Sessions through a one-time purchase or pursuant to a subscription, and “Client” shall refer to any individual such user.

“Terms and Conditions” shall refer to the Terms and Conditions published on the Website.
By accessing and using the Website, Clients agree to be bound by and subject to the present Privacy Policy. By providing Personal Data on the Website, Clients consent to Hush Tell Us’ collection, usage and disclosure of Personal Data in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy explains how Hush Tell Us handles and treats Personal Data gathered from the Website. This Privacy Policy shall apply only to the Website, and not to any third-party platforms.

To book a Session through the Website, Clients shall be required to provide Personal Data, consisting of their names, phone numbers and emails to allow Hush Tell Us to communicate with them. To purchase the Session, Clients shall provide payment information, which is not collected by Hush Tell Us, and rather, by its third-party payment processor.
By submitting Personal Data on the Website, Clients (i) agree to the collection, use, and processing of their information in compliance with this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions, and (ii) consent to the verification and storage of their Personal Data for (a) identity verification, (b) processing of purchases of Sessions or subscription, and (c) any other purposes outlined in the Website’s Terms and Conditions.
Hush Tell Us may obtain Non-Personal Data regarding Clients, such as the type of browser used, the device used, and the date and time at which Clients used the Website. This Non-Personal Data does not allow for the personal identification of Clients.

Accordingly, Hush Tell Us may disclose Personal Data if required to do so by law. As such, Personal Data may be communicated by Hush Tell Us to comply with a binding court order, legal obligation or applicable legislation.
Further, Hush Tell Us may use Personal Data if Hush Tell Us finds that such Clients violated or attempted to violate any of Hush Tell Us’ policies in effect, including but not limited to the Terms and Conditions.

Hush Tell Us may share certain Personal Data with Providers solely for the purpose of scheduling and delivering Sessions. Upon booking a Session, Clients’ names, phone numbers, and email addresses may be shared with Providers for contact and coordination purposes.
Any notes created by Providers during or in connection with Sessions shall be stored exclusively by the Providers on secure devices and shall not be shared with Hush Tell Us. To protect Client confidentiality and comply with applicable laws, Providers aim to anonymize notes where possible using unique codes; however, Clients acknowledge that Providers may maintain identifiable information as necessary for clinical safety and record-keeping.
Furthermore, all Providers are subject to supervision by and remain in regular contact with Hush Tell Us.
Hush Tell Us does not sell Personal Data for marketing or advertising purposes. Hush Tell Us may share Personal Data with third-party service providers that perform services on its behalf in connection with the Website. Such service providers may collect, use, and disclose Personal Data solely to the extent necessary to perform the services assigned by Hush Tell Us and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Hush Tell Us uses strict safeguarding measures to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access and disclosure. Hush Tell Us further implements measures to safeguard Personal Data from unauthorized disclosure, damages or other breaches. Moreover, security audits shall be conducted on a regular basis to ensure data safety.
Personal Data shall be stored in Hush Tell Us’ secure servers and secure third-party servers, namely Ionos. To safeguard Personal Data, the Website uses the following protections: Ionos Infrastructure and Perimeter Defense, Automated DDoS Mitigation and Traffic Filtering, Advanced Web Application Firewall (WAF), Proactive Malware Detection and Containment, and High-Security ISO 27001 Certified Data Centers.

Clients have the right to be informed of Hush Tell Us’ collection and use of their Personal Data. While this Privacy Policy describes how Hush Tell Us collects and uses Personal Data provided on the Website, Clients shall be permitted to request additional information or specific information regarding Hush Tell Us’ collection and use of their Personal Data.
Clients shall further benefit from the right to obtain information regarding Hush Tell Us’ processing of Personal Data as well as the categories of Affiliates with whom Personal Data were shared.

If Clients determine that their Personal Data is incomplete, they may request that Hush Tell Us provide supplements to their Personal Data.
Clients have the right to request the deletion of their Personal Data from Hush Tell Us’ servers. Any such requests shall be sent to Hush Tell Us in writing, and shall include justification to support such request.
Hush Tell Us shall delete Personal Data from its servers if Hush Tell Us determines such data is prejudicial or unjustified. More specifically, Hush Tell Us shall delete Personal Data, further to a Client’s request, if any of the following conditions are met:
If the Client’s request to be forgotten is justified, Hush Tell Us shall delete the targeted Personal Data from its servers. Upon request, Hush Tell Us may provide a written confirmation of the deletion of the Personal Data.
Clients have the right to request that Hush Tell Us restrict the processing of their Personal Data. Any request to restrict processing shall be sent to Hush Tell Us in writing, and shall indicate the reasons justifying the request.
The following constitute valid reasons to restrict the processing of Personal Data:
If the request to restrict the processing of Personal Data is justified, Hush Tell Us shall take the necessary action to prevent the processing of Clients’ Personal Data.
Clients may request a copy of their Personal Data submitted via the Website in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. Personal Data saved in machine-readable format shall allow for the transfer of such data, or for storage purposes.

If Hush Tell Us’ evaluation demonstrates that the Client’s interests and rights outweigh the reasons for Hush Tell Us’ processing of the Personal Data, Hush Tell Us shall cease processing the Personal Data.
Clients may also object to Hush Tell Us processing their Personal Data for specific purposes, such as marketing. In such cases, Hush Tell Us shall cease processing the Personal Data for the purpose requested by the Client.
If the processing of the Personal Data is required for reasons of public interest or by law, Hush Tell Us shall not be able to cease processing the Personal Data.
Clients may provide Hush Tell Us with a special consent allowing for the use of their Personal Data for specific purposes beyond those provided in this Privacy Policy. The consent granted to Hush Tell Us may relate to the collection, maintenance, storage, handling, usage and/or disclosure of the Personal Data. To grant such a consent, the Client must be legally capable of providing a valid consent.
A Client may revoke the consent provided to Hush Tell Us, at any time, by sending a written notice in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
To exercise any right granted under this Privacy Policy or by applicable laws, Clients shall send Hush Tell Us a written request by email to hushtherapists@hotmail.com. The request shall clearly identify the Client, allowing for the validation of the Client’s identity. Secondly, the request must include justification.
If the request is founded, Hush Tell Us shall promptly fulfill the Client’s request. Hush Tell Us may use Personal Data to confirm Clients’ identity and satisfy the request. Hush Tell Us may refuse to fulfill a request if it is unfounded or does not comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
If Clients believe that the processing of their Personal Data violates the GDPR, Clients shall have the right to file a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the supervisory authority for data protection matters.

The Website is not intended for minors under the age of sixteen (16). Hush Tell Us does not accept Clients who are less than sixteen (16) years old. If Hush Tell Us learns that a minor under the age of sixteen (16) has provided Personal Data on the Website, Hush Tell Us shall delete the minor’s Personal Data as soon as reasonably possible. If Clients have reason to believe a minor provided Personal Data on the Website, they are required to notify Hush Tell Us by sending an email.
Hush Tell Us shall maintain and store Clients’ Personal Data for the duration required by Hush Tell Us to facilitate the provision of Sessions. Any Personal Data relating to therapy shall be retained for the duration required to comply with applicable laws, regulations and professional standards, which is currently set to seven (7) years following the end of the relationship between the Client and the Provider.
After this period, the Personal Data shall either be securely deleted or anonymized, in compliance with applicable laws and Hush Tell Us’ data retention policies.
Hush Tell Us may retain Clients’ Personal Data for a longer period to comply with legal and financial obligations. In addition, Hush Tell Us may hold Personal Data in Hush Tell Us’ servers for payment purposes until all funds owed have been paid or to resolve disputes.
Hush Tell Us may destroy or anonymize Personal Data after the retention period has terminated, subject to any legal requirements. If the destruction of Personal Data is required by applicable law, Hush Tell Us may, but is not obligated to, send a notice to affected Clients to notify them of the destruction, acknowledging however, in some cases, legal or regulatory obligations may prohibit such notifications.
Once Hush Tell Us has removed Clients’ Personal Data from its servers, Hush Tell Us may maintain Non-Personal Data in its servers, indefinitely, for analytical and statistical purposes.

This Privacy Policy shall not apply to third-party websites, applications, plug-ins or links.
