Hush employ therapists with expertise grounded in Psychology, Nursing and Social Work who work with complex mental health needs on a daily basis. These individuals are insightful, knowledgeable and can think transparently.

We do not offer medical advice

We are a preventative service offering focussed therapy that allows for reflection.
No refunds.
Hush Therapists or HT’s are known as this to ensure a level of professionalism. Our therapists will not provide their personal details, age, gender etc because the focus is on the client.
Our HT’s will ask you questions that you might find challenging but that is in an effort to help the client. Often a problem shared can make someone feel relieved and less stressed.
They will try to understand what the client’s main worries are and create a discussion to create a more optimistic future.

Guidance on Suicidal Thoughts and Suicidal Feelings

Hush Tell Us is an early-intervention talking therapy service, designed to support emotional wellbeing and encourage healthy coping strategies. We are not a crisis service and we are not able to provide suicide prevention support.
If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, feelings of hopelessness, or are worried that you may act on these feelings, it is very important to get help from a service equipped to provide crisis support.
If you are in distress or feel at risk:
Hush Tell Us can be part of a positive and supportive mental health routine, helping you talk things through and develop coping strategies over time. However, we cannot provide emergency intervention, and our guidance will always be to contact a more appropriate crisis or medical service if suicidal feelings are present.
